Sentry
Sentry tells Antimetal what broke in the application layer and which release introduced it. Antimetal connects with a read-only internal integration token scoped to issues, events, and alerts.
What Antimetal does with Sentry
- Read the issue and its events to get the exact exception and stack trace
- Identify the release and commit range that introduced a new error
- Check event volume to separate a spike from steady background noise
- Read alert rules to understand what your team already treats as urgent
Connecting Sentry
Prerequisites
- A Sentry account with access to your organization's Settings
- Permission to create Internal Integrations
Log in to Sentry and click Settings in the navigation bar. Under Integrations, click Create New Integration, select Internal Integration, and click Next.
Name it
Antimetaland grant read access toproject:read,team:read,issue & event:read,organization:read,member:read, andalerts:read. Click Save Changes.On the Edit Internal Integration page, scroll to the authentication token section and click Create New Token.
Save the token securely — it won't be shown again.
Paste the token and your organization slug in the Antimetal UI. You'll find the slug in your general organization settings.

Antimetal uses a read-only internal integration token scoped to projects, teams, issues, events, organization info, members, and alerts.
